As a Project Coordinator, you will be a key person in our client assignments and work closely with our Partners and consultants. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and creating structure so that the teams can deliver with quality, pace, and precision. The days will vary but will mainly consist of the following tasks. 

• Plan, coordinate, and book client and candidate meetings, presentations, and internal work meetings

• Follow up on deadlines, materials, and deliveries to ensure high quality

• Support with written materials such as proposals, Longlist documents, PowerPoint presentations for pitch meetings, candidate reports (including document management, proofreading, distribution)

• Contribute to the development of common processes, templates, and working methods within Pelago and ensure that all data is accurately entered into Pelago's database 

We are looking for someone with a couple of years of experience in project coordination, administration, or client-facing roles, preferably from management consulting, finance, or law/legal. 

You have a strong ability to structure and prioritize, creating order in complex contexts. You are service-oriented, professional, and confident in client interactions, and you are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and thrive in an entrepreneurial climate. You combine quality with pace and are willing to make decisions even in ambiguous situations.

This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period, starting in the spring of 2026. The position is located at Tändstickspalatset, Västra Trädgårdsgatan, Stockholm.
